Commercial Asphalt Sealing and Line Striping near Alton IL
We recently had the pleasure of working on an asphalt sealing and line striping project for a local commercial property in Godfrey, just north of Alton IL.
The restaurant had recently come under new ownership and the property management company recommended that the new owners have the parking lot seal coated and stripped for a fresh new appearance. It had been over 5 years since the asphalt was previously sealed and had been even longer since it was restriped. One section of the parking lot had never even been stripped at all.
The property management company recommended that the new owners reach out to us for trustworthy and quality workmanship. The owner called us and we found time for an estimate later that week, understanding how important it is that parking lots be made perfect for business owners.
The new restaurant owners agreed to have us perform the asphalt repair services for them and we scheduled to arrive the following Monday to get to work. Part of our crew started the asphalt sealing project off by cleaning the pavement while we made multiple repairs, which consisted primarily of crack filling. We quickly finished the sealcoating project in a matter of hours. Once the sealcoating had been completed, the crew then taped off the parking lot so that traffic was unable to enter the area.
